What is the return policy?

Please note: You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days of it being delivered, however, this excludes personalized orders.

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unused or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Please email us regarding returned merchandise on
info@fan-seats.com quoting your order number. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply depending on the nature of the return.

Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return.

Your right to cancel can be exercised by emailing info@fan-seats.com

What are the shipping options?

Please see delivery zones below for the shipping option relevant to your location.
All orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before midday (BST). Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

When will I receive my order?

All orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days, then depending on where your order is being shipped to there will be an additional delivery time. You can see a list of average delivery times below:

What do I do if I never received my order?

If your order has still not arrived after the dispatch and delivery periods have elapsed then please email info@fan-seats.com and quote your order number. Your customer experience with Fan-Seats is our number one priority so we will endeavour to help you as soon as possible.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Please email us regarding any defective merchandise on info@fan-seats.com quoting your order number. Your customer experience with Fan-Seats is our number one priority so we will endeavour to help you as soon as possible. Defective merchandise can be replaced or refunded. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply depending on the nature of the return.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

To make a change to an order you’ve already placed, please email info@fan-seats.com with your order number and the changes you would like to make.
