How can I tell that these seats are official club merchandise?
All of our seats come with an officially licensed holographic tag from your club.
What age groups are Fan-Seats suited for?
We have a wide range of official licensed seats that are suitable for fans of all shapes and sizes. While our gaming chairs are great for fans of all ages, our small stools are comfortable for fans aged 6-11, and our large stools are ideal for ages 11 and above.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. More information can be found in the Shipping Policy
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Almost all products that are ordered to the UK will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days of placing your order.
Our ‘Made-To-Order’ products may take up to 5 working days to arrive when dispatched to UK & Northern Ireland addresses, with longer delivery times when dispatched to international addresses. See our Shipping rates below:

My order has arrived, but how do I put it together?
Putting together a fan-seat is quicker and easier than explaining the offside rule. Once you unpack the Fan-Seat from its box, all you need to do is:
1. Velcro the base to the durable inner.
2. Place the inner inside the printed cover.
3. Feed the cover into the grooves of the base.
4. Inflate and enjoy!
Unless you have a super set of lungs, we recommend that Fan-Seats be inflated using any standard electric air pump fitted with a 15mm valve.
It's time to wash the covers, how should I clean them?
To make your Fan-Seat good as new after some use, simply remove the cover from the main seat and wash at 30 degrees on a low spin with similar colours.
